Stureplan will steal your soul and empty your wallet.

...a fact I learned last night, 1500 kronor later. Stureplan seems to be where all the super hip people hang out in Stockholm. Everyone was way more fashionable then I expected, much more than back home. I also learned that beautiful women are Sweden's greatest national asset. If hot chicks were oil, we would have invaded this country long ago.

The town itself is amazing. It's like a really nice las vegas hotel except not fake. Narrow cobblestone streets, people outside everywhere riding bikes and walking and enjoying the outdoors, and very few cars. This is a much better way to live then endless suburbs we have in the states, a product of successful automotive industry marketing.

The place we are staying is very nice. It was built in 1780 as a brewery. The workers lived in the apartments above and worked on the bottom floor. Since then it has been home to "the city guards," been a hospital during the cholera epidemic, and finally a hotel since the 70's.

We just got done with breakfast (an excellent buffet provided by the hotel) and are off to figure out our train tickets and find a place to stay for tonight.

Oh em gee your first hotel

Oh em gee your first hotel sounds amazing and I agree about the automotive industry, yayyyyy for your adventures also, mish u :)
