I'll Be In Europe

I never really had the desire to leave the country before, at least never strong enough to act on it. Now, at 29, for the first time I am headed to Europe for three weeks. I'm getting on a plan at 8:30 in the AM tomorrow and heading out.

I will be arriving in Stockholm and then leaving from Madrid three weeks later. What happens in between is up to fate and the direction of the winds. I have a rough itinerary but something tells me I wont be sticking to it in the least. The picture above this entry is of my travel partner Stu at our planning meeting. You can tell we're really serious about planning.

The first thing I learned about traveling overseas is that EVERYONE has a place you have to go. My list is too long, so sorry if you told me your favorite spot and I'm not going there. We can go together some other time.
